Shaoxing Sunny High Strength Fastener Co., Ltd. is a special engineering fastener company which can design, produce, inspect and test fastener. Our main products are high strength stud bolts, bolts, nuts, and washers with wide range from M12-M120, 1/2"-4", which are in accordance with the following standards: GB/T, SH, HG, H, JB, GD, ANSI (ASTM/ASME), DIN and other non-standards. The products are specifically targeted toward the oil, petrochemical, chemical, electric power (nuclear power station), machine and military industry enduring strict precision, high strength, high temperature fastener, low temperature fastener ,and so on strong rust in harsh environments.
Covering 12,000 square meters, our company is equipped with complete set of production line which covers hot forge, lathe, mill, rolling, and heat treatment facility. Highly flexible manufacturing system and complete production facility allow us to undertake wide range of products from small to large scale of order.
Advanced inspection instruments and strict quality control system (DNV CERTIFICATE)ensure that all the manufacture process is controlled and traced.
